Who we sell to
We sell exclusively to licensed hemp growers, licensed producers and processors, and authorized distribution partners. We do not sell to unlicensed or personal-use buyers.
Holding the license or registration required in your jurisdiction is a condition of purchase. We may request proof of that license, and we may refuse, delay, or cancel an order, with a refund of amounts paid for undelivered seed, if license information is missing, expired, or inaccurate. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase and grow hemp where you farm.
Seed is sold for production or lawful distribution to licensed operators only. Resale or transfer to unlicensed buyers is a breach of these terms.
Orders, quotes, and availability
Prices shown on the site are guides for planning. A quote becomes binding once we confirm it in writing with the cultivar, quantity, price, and ship window. Availability is limited by season and confirmed on a first paid, first served basis.
Payment
Orders are confirmed on payment or on the deposit schedule stated in your quote. Seed is reserved once cleared funds are received. Balances are due before shipment unless your written quote says otherwise.
Delivery and risk
Ship dates are estimates tied to harvest, cleaning, and testing schedules. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Inspect every shipment on arrival and report damage or shortage within 5 business days of delivery.
Germination and seed performance
We report germination rates from our own lot testing and the feminization rate observed in our production. Field performance depends on planting depth, soil temperature, moisture, fertility, and handling after delivery, all of which are outside our control. Store seed cool, dry, and sealed until planting.
Limited warranty and remedy
We warrant that seed matches the cultivar and lot described on your invoice and met our stated germination test at the time of shipment. If a lot fails to meet that description, your sole remedy is replacement of the seed or a refund of the purchase price of the affected seed, at our option.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for crop loss, lost profits, land preparation cost, labor, regulatory penalties, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Intellectual property
Our cultivar names, marks, photography, and written material belong to Kush Master Seed Company. Seed is sold for production on your own operation. Reproduction of our genetics for resale, breeding programs offered commercially, or redistribution under another brand requires a written agreement with us.

Some images, graphics, and written content on this website are created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools, and some images are licensed stock photography. AI-generated and stock content is used for illustration, marketing, and general information purposes only. It should not be relied upon as an exact representation of our products, facilities, or field results.
Any claims, descriptions, or data related to seed performance, compliance, agronomy, or business terms are based on our own production records, testing, and operational practices, regardless of how the surrounding content was produced. If you need verified documentation for a specific lot or cultivar, contact us directly.
Using this website
You may browse the site, download documents we publish for your own records, and contact us. You may not scrape the site, resell its content, misrepresent your identity or license status, attempt to break into any account or system, upload malicious code, or use the site in a way that interferes with anyone else using it. We may block access, cancel orders, or remove content if we believe a rule here has been broken.
Accuracy of what you tell us
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your license status, business name, tax status, and delivery address. If any of it is wrong and an order is delayed, seized, refused, or returned as a result, the cost of that sits with you.
Indemnity
You agree to cover Kush Master Seed Company, its owners, and its staff against claims, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your cultivation, processing, or resale of material grown from our seed in a way that breaks the law where you operate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our operation and the law change. The version in effect on the date we confirm your order is the version that governs that order. The date at the top of this page shows the current revision.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing anything, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue directly, which settles most problems faster than a court will. If that fails, disputes are subject to the state and federal courts serving Jackson County, Oregon, and both sides consent to that venue.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it later. These terms, together with your written quote and invoice, are the entire agreement between us.
