Hemp compliance policy

Everything we sell is industrial hemp seed and hemp material intended for licensed, lawful production. This page explains what that means for you as a buyer and what we expect from you as a grower.

What we sell

We produce and sell feminized hemp seed and hemp plant material from cultivars selected to finish under the federal total THC limit of 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. We do not sell marijuana seed, recreational cannabis, or any product intended for an unlicensed market.

Who we sell to

Kush Master Seed Company sells exclusively to licensed and lawfully operating commercial buyers. We do not sell to unlicensed buyers, hobby growers, or individuals purchasing for personal use.

We may request proof of license, registration, or business standing before we confirm an order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where that verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

  • Licensed hemp growers and farm operations.
  • Licensed producers, processors, and extractors.
  • Authorized distributors and established distribution channels buying for lawful resale to licensed operators.

Buyer responsibility

Hemp law varies by state, county, and country. Before you order, confirm that hemp cultivation is legal where you farm and that you hold the licenses or registrations your jurisdiction requires. Placing an order is your confirmation that you are able to grow hemp lawfully at the delivery address.

  • Hold a current hemp grower license or registration where one is required.
  • Follow your state sampling and testing schedule.
  • Keep seed lot records, planting dates, and harvest documentation.
  • Do not resell or redistribute seed into jurisdictions where hemp is prohibited.

Testing and field results

We test our seed stock and share the documentation we hold, including certificates of analysis for the parent material where available. Cannabinoid expression in the field depends on climate, soil, planting date, harvest timing, and management. We report how our genetics have performed in our trials. We cannot guarantee the result of a specific crop on a specific farm, and no statement on this site should be read as a promise of a compliance test outcome or a yield figure.

Health and product claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about aroma, terpene profile, or cannabinoid content describe plant characteristics only. The FDA has not evaluated any statement on this site.

Shipping restrictions

We ship to addresses where hemp seed can be lawfully received. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot verify that hemp production is permitted at the destination, and we do not ship to jurisdictions with active prohibitions on hemp seed.

This page is general information about how we do business, not legal advice. Rules for hemp change by state and by season, so check your own program before you plant. Questions are welcome at sales@kushmasterseed.com.

Request lab documentation

Ask for the Certificate of Analysis and the certification letter for the lot you are quoted. We send what we hold on file for that lot.
