When you submit an inquiry or place an order we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, shipping address, acreage and growing details you choose to share, and the content of your messages. If you pay by card or transfer, payment details are handled by our processor and are not stored by us.
Because we sell only to licensed growers, producers, processors, and authorized distributors, we also collect license, permit, or registration details you provide, or documentation we request, to verify that you are eligible to buy. We use that information solely to confirm eligibility, to complete your order, and to keep the records hemp regulations require of us.
How we use it
We use your information to do the work you asked for and to keep records we are required to keep.
- Prepare quotes and confirm availability.
- Verify buyer license, permit, or distributor status.
- Process, pack, and ship orders.
- Provide agronomic support during the season.
- Meet tax, shipping, and hemp record keeping requirements.
- Send occasional availability updates if you asked to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share information with carriers, payment processors, and accounting or hosting providers who need it to complete a service for us. We disclose information to regulators or law enforcement only where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics

Retention
We keep order and shipping records for as long as tax and hemp compliance rules require, generally seven years. Inquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation next season.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Email sales@kushmasterseed.com and we will respond within 30 days. Unsubscribe links appear on every marketing email.
Security
We limit access to customer records to staff who need it and use encrypted connections for this site and our email. No system is perfect, so please do not send bank details or sensitive documents through the website form. Call us and we will arrange a secure method.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host and analytics tools record basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on page. We use it to keep the site fast and secure and to see which pages growers find useful. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Age restriction
This site is intended for adults 21 and older and for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third party sites
Our pages may link to laboratories, regulators, carriers, or industry resources. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how other operators handle your information.
