Nothing on this site is an offer of sale to consumers, hobby growers, unlicensed buyers, or anyone who cannot lawfully buy or grow hemp where they are located. Pricing, availability, and product pages are published for licensed commercial buyers evaluating a purchase.
Hemp, not marijuana
Our genetics are selected to finish at or below the federal total THC limit of 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, consistent with the 2018 Farm Bill. We do not sell marijuana seed or recreational cannabis. Hemp remains regulated at the state, county, and country level, and rules change. Confirming what is legal at your location and holding the right license is your responsibility, not ours.
No medical claims
The FDA has not evaluated any statement on this site. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing here is medical advice. References to cannabinoids, terpenes, or plant chemistry describe the plant itself, not an outcome for any person or animal. Speak with a physician or veterinarian before using any hemp derived product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or caring for a child or pet.
No guarantee of results
Field performance varies. Climate, soil, water, planting date, plant spacing, nutrition, pest pressure, harvest timing, and drying all move the result, and none of those are within our control. Any figure we publish for germination, cannabinoid content, biomass, flowering time, or terpene profile reflects our own testing or observed trial results, not a promise about your crop or your compliance test.
